today, walked , 1.5 miles, 30 minutes, howie day on the ipod, dilating eye drops in the eyes (just back from the eye doctor), but waited til dusk so light wouldn't hurt my eyes, nice walk today, not too warm, not too cold, and no wind!

...told me that I make the therapists nervous as I am in pain and don't take pain killers. All so flippin daft... I agree! It is sort of [*bleep*] backwards.

I'm hoping to join the team again on Monday! Been off for two weeks and feeling sad about it. Heck, it isn't soo bad. You can join the team on Saturday and feel better much sooner.

wonder if i understand, i love the reclining indoor stationary bikes, but its not really like biking especially on one of those things. just sit there pedaling, watching tv. but have resisted the idea for outside, just not the same, though maybe once trying one i'd feel differently, dunno? john have you ever tried one (an outdoor mobile one)? seems like it would just be so very odd.

Then saw the Dr, who told me I'd be doing (hydrotherapy) next week In a pool? I hope it's water therapy in a pool! Keep at it Molly! Don't give up!  Go TEAM!

If we had a donkey we would have been riding on it I assure you!!! No! lol the donkey lives in our hamlet! (we are very rural, you know!!) he lives at the house with the dog that follows us around!!! I know, I know! It sounds bonkers! heeheehee Ahhh.... we have a giant neighborhood mule named Jerry.

I must be a Domestic god then I clean the house walk the dog and bake cakes, And in my spare time I clean out the fish tanks, Clean out my gecko Ronnie and build model ships.  Domesticity rocks! And I know you've been walking Scooby way more than you log time for. Go TEAM!
