Hey Erica!

Everyone is doing so well aren't they! Can't believe how much the team is growing all the time!

That's what prompted the spreadsheet really - there is too much going on now to simply jot down on a piece of A4 paper and add up with a calculator!

The spreadsheet is really good because I've set it up with a summary page and feeder sheets which hold thread page number and member names as well as times and distances - I have logged every single entry separately so we have lots of data to play with there! It is so much quicker and easier and well worth doing now when there are only 3 months to go back on!!!

Thanks so much for thinking of this team idea Erica, you are totally inspirational to everyone.

It's so nice to see regular members who come on almost every day (you know who you are guys) and also to see new people joining all the time! And of course everyone in between! Just can't say enough good things about this thread!

Welcome to the team cemc!

Just post any exercise you do, any old time you like!
Mention the sport or activity you have done and how long it took you - mention distance if applicable and I will do the rest.

I am converting all the time into minutes and distance into miles - but you just enter what you are familiar with.

Erica enters her swimming stats in yards and I convert to miles.

Dow told me the length of his pool and what he counts as a lap and then just tells me how many laps he has done and how long it took him.

Angelmom does "rounds" in her pool... because it is round!!! So we calculated the pool size and she tells me how many rounds she does.

We will find a way input any figures you can come up with... within reason!!!! (had to add that before Kevin pops in and comes up with something completely ridiculous!!! Sorry, Kevin, but you know you would!!! laugh2 hugss

Never got a chance to mention at the time how INCREDIBLE your yard looks! A yard in Engligh kind of suggests a slab on concrete! Your garden looks totally gorgeous, the photos totally do it justice from what I can see.

Also, the pictures you posted of where you walk, made me very jealous! I have got lovely places to walk from my front door, but there are a lot of dogs in our little area and they all go bonkers and set each other off when you go our for a stroll!!! It's a little off putting sometimes!!! That park looks so tranquille! AAAHHHHHHH!

Todays run: ran 4.01 miles, time: 40 minutes 2 seconds.
It was 36 degrees F. this morning. I wore a long sleeve shirt, and was thinking I should have taken my gloves. I do like running in this cooler weather, but when it gets below freezing I will be wishing for warmer days.

Went for a little pre-dinner walk with my girls yesterday amid all the barking-mad dogs!!!

Stats: 0.5 miles / 20 minutes

2 year olds walk pretty slowly!

Hi Orch

It's getting colder here too - mornings are progressing from coat weather to hat, gloves and scarf weather a bit too quickly for my liking!

Bit chilly this afternoon too, even though the sun is blearing out it's not warm by any means.

Your running is really amazing by the way! Are you planning any more marathons?
