Can I join the cycling team? And the swim club? done! just post your times and distances! tink can covert yards or kilometers to miles, etc.

Stayed in bed until 3:30pm with forays to clean the bathrooms and to the kitchen for food ~ NOT at the same time. This is such a weird spondy-monster, three days forward, one day back. Oh, well. It's A LOT BETTER than 2 years ago when every single day was a down day. Yay for swimming, good meds, and all of you who keep me sane here at KickAS! Walked ~ 2.5 miles / 70 minuteswith my sweetie this evening. Go TEAM!
