If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

hello all, good to see all the activity in here, can barely keep up! a nice evening here, had been rainy all weekend, but clouds breaking up at end of day. so nice outside, makes me realize that mankind was not meant to sit at a desk all day indoors! the only real negative i have about my job..........ok, back to grading! what i've been doing all weekend: eat, grade, eat, grade, walk, grade, eat, grade, eat, grade, sleep..............but almost done, just a few more hours.......what ever possessed me to give exams in both classes this week, i'll never know! on the other hand, got it over with. grading is the bane of most teachers i think! carry on! oh yeh, LOL!, almost forgot: walk: 2 miles, 35 minutes (not sure how i walked so fast! but must say feet have settled down considerably since last weekend. yay LDN? mobic doing something? don't think its mobic, not really feeling it anywhere else?)

14 hours at work this weekend, sorry to hear that! you and me both, lots of grading to get done here. at home at least, but still way way too much sitting!
yay to the telecommuting! my husband did that for about 11 years while i taught. now he gave up sitting at the computer completely to paint. but i do think telecommuting is fantastic! especially for those of us with health challenges.
hope this allows you to get some biking in; i so enjoy biking when i can do it!

but must say feet have settled down considerably since last weekend. Yay for your feet! It certainly makes them much easier to walk around on, right? Go TEAM!

my husband lost both his parents in the last few years Your poor hubby. It's been 23 years since my mamma passed away and 13 years since my dad, and I still miss both of them all the time. I guess. It's no fun and no fair. They would both have thought KickAS was awesome, expecially the FITNESS TEAM. They were both proactive people. My dad walked 3 miles every day until his mid 70's and my mom was always doing Toastmasters or some sort of self-improvement seminar for work. Go TEAM!

Today is awesome! Day 2 on the 4.5mg of LDN and I feel like I could run a marathon... I could not make a whole marathon right now, but I could go half way with you.
