If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I'm mentally High-5'ing all you arthritic folk who manage a full time job and still work in a fitness program. I worked 4 hours volunteering at the food bank this morning, then swam, then napped for 2.5 hours. Now I'm in my recliner working on online classes, and trying not to fall asleep. Arthritis makes me feel like SUCH A SLACKER! I know I'm not, but still... ok, today: swimming ~ 1,150 yds / 45 minutesGo TEAM!

Hey Buggie! Class is called Muscle reinforcement! It certainly gets you stretching! Last night we used an elasticated band which you hook onto one foot and hold the other end in your hand - you can also have in just in your hands to pull apart etc! It's a hard class and it is different every week, working on different parts of the body. It always has plenty of cardio warm up and stretching for cooling down though. I have to ignore everyone else and take things at my own pace! Stats for Monday 20 September Gym Class - 1 hour Hope your daughter had a fantatic Birthday! Take care, Tink
KickAS and help others do the same!

Hi Tink! Thanks..Baby Buggie had a great day! Cool beans! That class sounds like fun! Yes, the main thing is you go at your own pace. We use the resistance bands..and although its been a long time for me i still use the yellow band..the easiest one...because if i try more than that...muscle spasm city! Stretching and a good warm up and cool down...sounds like you've got yourself a good class! In class they warm us up with stretching and then the class itself and then a good cool down...kind of bringing you back down to "normaL" Go team!!
