If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

INteresting Idea to take info to the DOC. Not sure how accurate it is for all but it did take me to a possible AS Diagnosis http://www.drugs.com/symptom-checker/

It doesn't if you're a women and tick 'abdomen and pelvis' as an initial symptom. It doesn't take you anywhere close if your first pains didn't appear in the low back, but struck your hips first. I think I had to tick 3 false (for me) answers to make it through the maze to reach AS. Not surprising I guess. Interesting to see them trying to develop these tools, they're probably useful for some ailments.

I was in the same boat Mig. I went through about 4 wrong answers only to be told I had a sprain or strain.. Otherwise the honest answers were sending me to the ER with possible fractured back.
I'm sure with some work they will get these apps working better in time..
Thanks for the post drizzit!

Based on advice received, I am headed to the ER right away! Low Back Pain Based on your symptoms, you could have an infection, fracture or other serious cause of back pain. Although many people with these symptoms do not turn out to have anything serious, it is usually a good idea to seek medical attention to be sure. Contact your doctor or go to a local emergency room right away for evaluation.

I started with feet and added hip and it gave me a possible inflammatory arthritis - which included spondy.

Well, I don't know how anybody got an accurate answer, let alone a woman. I couldn't decide which area to go with, the symptoms in my neck/head, the chest/back, the arms/hands, the legs/feet. It's pretty limited, as anything this generic would have to be, but interesting. Thanks, Warm hugs,
Kat

Don't laugh but it was Web MD's version of symptom checker that did point me to AS. I kind of laughed it off as I thought someone did some whack job coding for the web site to point me to AS.
After the ESR and CRP lead me to the RF, ANA, and HLA-B27 test, I had to reconsider Web MD symptom checker's Dx when my doctor asked which rheumie did I want to see.
