If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Aw sorry Erica, but I've spent way too long looking for a male cheerleader dude that might be small enough ... and couldn't find any. (And searching through jumping smilies was making me nauseous). I hope Miss pompom and clapping dude will suffice. Dow's ultra happy guy is just a tad large to be adding to the list! Amazing how you guys are all inspiring each other!! Great thread! mig

Boggled the director of our local free clinic this morning! He sat in with our laughter yoga demo this morning and was completely amazed that you get such a good workout. We had four clowns join us which was an absolute delight, because they had horns and fake dogs on leashes and squeaky noses. The clowns combined with the huge marimba band outside made it our most fun LY session ever. What a hoot. today: Laughter Yoga ~ 45 minutes! Go TEAM!

the laughter yoga sounds like such fun! ok, last few days: thursday night must have walked at least 10,000 miles through the airport to get to ground transportation! ok, it wasn't quite that far, but boy it seemed like it with my luggage, even though what i had to carry was fairly light and i didn't even have much in my rolling suitcase. and to watch people 20 years older than me seeming to have no issues. anyway, next time i need to swallow my pride and ask for one of those people movers or something. last night: walked around the museum area in philly at dusk and as it was first getting dark. so pretty at night with city hall illuminated in the distance behind the fountain. ~2 miles. 1.5 hours, picture taking definitely slows me down, but i love it, and its better on my currently wonky SI right now to go slow. really enjoyed myself though and discovered that the barnes foundation is moving to this area, can't wait til it does so! we visited it in its current location and i'd love to see the exhibit again: http://www.barnesfoundation.org/tonight: biked 12 miles in 1.5 hours a few pit stops along the way slowed me down: saw 2 green herons, 2 kingfishers, all in flight, a bunch of mallards, a great blue heron standing very tall and still on a spillway off the canal as darkness was descending, the first dance of a new bride and groom in their reception tent at the local inn on the canal (originally an old erie canal tavern). other than swallowing my share of gnats (ah protein!) it was a great night for a bikeride. and it finally got rid of my migraine that i woke with! yay! i'm sure i woke with the migraine due to the excitement of yesterday, finally a proper diagnosis and treatment plan! more about that later.......

Hello everyone - I'm back! PC part arrived yesterday and we are back online, thank goodness! Next job getting my calculator out methinks!! I have been on such a guilt-trip the past couple of weeks wondering how you are all getting on. When you are part of a team you don't like to feel you are letting everyone down. Anyhow, I am back now and will be pulling my weight again! Missed you lot soooooo much.

My stats are: Wednesday 25 August Swim 360 metres Saturday 28 August Walk 1 hour Monday 6 Septtember Gym class 1 hour Monday 13 September Gym class 1 hour The gym class I have joined is for the seriously fit! (which I am not). It is the one day that is great for me though!! The first lesson I made the mistake of trying to keep up! It is mainly about core strength, muscle toning, core strength and stretching. It was concentrating on legs the first week and arms the second. We used 1kg weights and I realised pretty quickly (3 or 4 arm extensions) that I cannot lift that much weight in the ways they wanted me to!! My neck cannot cope! I did lots of breathing instead. Will just remember to take things at my own pace and leave the hand weights out of the equation! Happy exercising everyone!
