If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Some of the meds we take can cause sinus problems. I have been using a Nasaline rinsing system from iherb.com. It looks like a big syringe but doesn't actually go inside your nose just against the outside. You mix the salt solution suck it into the syringe and lean forward over the sink. You press it against the outside of one nostril as you lean forward and it will rinse out through the other side then switch sides. If you do it at least once a day. It really helps fight off sinus problems.

Netti pots are good as well. My sister uses one of those. It is basically the same idea.

I use Neilmed sinus rinse. Love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is specially formulated so it does not burn your nose or sinuses like some do. It was recommended to me by my ENT.

thanks craig and cathy, maybe i shouldn't be such a fraidy cat and give it a try! i do have some sinus issues, less since being on zyrtec daily for the last 12 years or so, but still, it couldn't hurt.
a funny story to go along with sinus troubles. my husband and i sniff a lot, quite loudly too, such a habit, never really noticed it, til we got our parrot mookie, when he was a new arrival, just a baby, when we'd sniff, he'd get startled! that's when we realized out habit. many years later he's no longer afraid, and instead imitates the sound.

My trouble with all these nasal rinses, is that I always feel like I am drowning. I just can't stand to have water in my nose. Donna

that sounds like me! even erika describing her flip turns on the fitness team thread had me gasping for breath! i remember in swimming class them trying to teach us to do this, breathing out hard as we turned, and i just couldn't do it!
