I know this doesn't count...BUT I was active...

Saturday: yard work 5 hours
Sunday: yard work 6 hours

I was shoveling dirt into yard irrigation trenches...about 400 ft. And, moving, cutting, stacking a woodpile. I was wonderfully tired. But no energy for a qualifying bike ride.

my husband is a gardener, does lots of yard work, and i know from watching him, how hard that is, and what strenuous exercise it is. he's always jokingly trying to get me to help him. i do have a small herb garden, wish i had more time and ability to do more in the yard, but at least i have my herb garden, and get to enjoy the fruits of his labor (and the flowers and veggies as well!).

maybe tink can add in the time, even if there's no distance involved. smile

Well, all I can say is either LDN is actually working for me at hyperspeed, or I'm having a REALLY good week for no good reason.

My stats for today:

walking - 3 miles / 75 minutes
swmming - 1,000 yds / 40 minutes

This is so crazy being able to walk.so much in one day! Yippee!

Go TEAM! clap
