My stats for today:

Swimming ~ 1000 yds / 40 minutes
Tai Chi ~ 10 minutes (totally slacked on this today)
Walking ~ 1 mile / 30 minutes

Too cold to swim for now but look out once spring rolls arround.
Did send my darling daughter back of to swim training at 6am this morning though. lol But I am not too mean it was in the heated pool, our pool is not heated sadly and with other kids I cant go to the heated one.

Felt like I walked 5km on Sunday though at the shopping centre, does that count?

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice
vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K.

walk, bike
no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

Monday: walk: 4 miles, 80 minutes
Tuesday: walk: 4 miles, 80 minutes

My employer has a beautiful place for us to walk and they actually encourage it. We take a morning and afternoon walk along a path through a park that includes a lake, geese, occasional fox, peacocks, turtles, hawks and recently a boxer and pit bull pair. I didn't like the pit bull.
