If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

I've read about people here that use this option from time to time. I've seen some they do it when on monodiet, some do it while fasting etc. And i am curious to find out why they do it, when they do it, with what and other "detailed" descriptions.

Hi, Alinus:
I use this option when fasting long-term. Day 2 and day 4 and sometimes day 6; it helps chase the bad stuff away and this helps prevent "autotoxemia" that results in headaches and nausea.
Some people with AS do this regularly as part of regular hygiene management, but this is way too much of a hassle for me; I would rather just remain strict and keep to a laxative diet.
HEALTH, John

you use watter only or it involves other stuff?
Do you use it also when you're on monodiets?

I have been doing coffee enema's since December.... at first every four days... but soon after that my pain became much less, so now it is about every 7-10 days. It REALLY helps with the pain, and gives me a nice buzz on top of that. (most people do not get a buzz, but I could only handle a half a cup of coffee without all the people around me asking me to please, please stop.) You also need to clean out with a water enema beforehand, so it clears everything out. I would have regular bowel movements for several days after that (a HUGE problem at that time). Here are the instructions that I followed: http://www.healingnaturallybybee.com/articles/enema1.phpTake care. Stacey

I did the same coffee enema protocol during the early stages of healing and highly recommend. I have only had to use it on few occasions over the past year or two, and the results are only amazing.

Its all about detoxing......the toxins are causing the pain and inflammation, coffee enemas stimulate the liver, which helps detox. Its amazing how eliminating the toxins through coffee enemas help. It was hard for me to go for it in the beginning too, but the results were proof it was a good thing.
I also recommend a hot bath with epson salts and baking soda following, and daily if possible.
Read the link from lights post for details.
