If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Well, I had just admonished another Kicker about stairs and durned if I didn't fall down a flight.
Was working on a deadbolt to keep my father out of the garage downstairs and a bit angry about things not going quite right and limited use of tools and I mis-stepped right off the top and caught my wedding ring which bent and dug into my finger, then fell on my AS and broke my tailbone, slid on ribcage but mostly managed to mangle my feet. Broke one big toe and have "turf toe" on other side which swells up like crazy.
Three weeks ago. Just before moving my dad back home and moving the big stuff out of our house about 90 miles away. Good thing my friend came down and drove the truck and did heavy lifting. Day back was his birthday, so I hired temps to unload the truck.
Then we went back up to friend's house to help him with stuff and visit old friends in SF Bay area. I survived the food, but had to go to doctors there for more pain killers and to get X-ray/mri. Have been offline for most of this time, but we are back home now and I still hurt but just not quite as bad.
I may look at other old posts, just for grins, but mostly I want to soak more in Epsom salts...
The wisdom is not to hurry, but especially not when ANGRY!! GRRRR.[kicking self in AS, repeat]
Last time I fell down stairs (now over 3 years ago), there was a 20 hour follow-up surgery and months in a halo; I guess this has been a good test of my surgeon's handiwork!

You're going to end up stair-crazy, you know. I hope you get through this episode without anymore trouble. I agree with you about the Epsom salt baths being a good thing, they helped me a while back (pun unintended).

Wow John! That's pretty serious. Don't want to be making a habit of this. How are they dealing with your broken tailbone - can't set that in a cast. I can't imagine you being able to sit down for a couple of months.
My best wishes for a very fast recovery.

Ooh! Ouch! Sorry to hear of your misfortune, John.
Lucky you no longer have an active calcium-reabsorbing and osteoporosis-inducing condition, or else you coulda been in a whole lot more trouble!
Hope you heal up soon - get a ring cushion for the tail...

Ay carumba!! You must be superman to live to tell about it, TWICE! It must be the moon, I have started falling this past week, luckily just went over backwards into the chair I was attempting to free myself from. Here's wishing you a speedy recovery! -Donette p.s. I just started reading some Cayce material. Very interesting!

Dude! Ouch! May those Epsom salts bring relief, and the healing be speedy.
