you two are cracking me up  and i almost forgot about the Dow / Wig incident! that was a good one!  tinkerbell....if you still want in to the wimmen's forum after that description from kevin and haven't had anyone see your request yet in the technical forum, you could PM mig, that might do the trick. and for the record, we also talk about jewelry and shoes as well.  oops! i'm giving away all our secrets!

Humira (still methylprednisone for flares, just not as often. Aleve if needed, rarely.)
LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice

I've thought about eliminating nightshades, Kat, but haven't got round to trying that yet. Silly really because my mother had some success with her arthritis, eliminating the nightshade family. The only things is, she had mostly osteo arthritis at the time so I didn't feel encouraged to remove yet more things from an already restricted celiac diet.
However, really I should give it a try - if it worked I'd be so delighted it would be very worth while giving up those foods.

Interesting stuff, Sue. Perhaps they have found ways to develop controlled studies of dietary intake. If so, I agree it would be very helpful if they did a decent study of the link between AS and starch intake.

Hello Sue I was cracking up last night too! Couldn't sleep for ages because I kept chuckling away!! I so love a good old banter!! I have tried PM'ing Mig (Wednesday) - still no word.
