If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

So this is a non-AS question but I want to take advantage of the wealth of supplement info that exists here. My doc has recommended this to me in lieu of prescriptions to lower my LDL which is way too high. The info on the web is all over the place, beneficial, no benefit, inconclusive etc.....Anyone on this? tried it? Obviously there is a starch issue and it seems to have muscle/ligament potential side effects....any input would be appreciated. -Greg

hi Greg,
My husband has been taking it along with LDL meds but there's no indication either way. He still feels its a benefit - for what it's worth, he also tries to either get a small glass of wine in or grape juice with dinner.
Good luck

I take red rice yeast and have lowered my bad cholesteral by about 60 points! I cant afford statin blockers. You can buy high quality red rice supplements direct from China on ebay. Ken Mc
