If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

i started having my musculoskelatal problems just as i started a tenure track position. in the beginning, i had a lot of anxiety over whether i'd be able to handle the career i had spent so long training for.....but as the years passed and i was still here, the anxiety lessened. i think we end up surprising ourselves quite often in what we can accomplish. yes, some days i do feel like i'm just getting through the days, but days lead to weeks, weeks lead to months, months to years. the best insurance that you can do it, is to see that you have done it, and are doing it.
as for diet, i found that keeping a food diary really helped figure out the foods that were definitely making me worse, and which foods seemed to good. it took a few months to figure out the worst culprits, but that food / symptom diary really helped. my stepfather kept a similar diary for his crohn's.
