Hi all.
Sorry I have not been around much the past few months. I have been going through alot since my surgery and then getting home. I would like to thank everyone for the cards and phone calls and say that I am sorry it took so long to get back to you all. I can't sit very long anymore and my whole body is now hurting 24/7 and I now have bed sores to deal with and all kinds of other crap I.ll let you know later.

Sorry to hear that you are not feeling the greatest, but it is wonderful that you are feeling good enough to drop us a line and let us know what is going on.
How is Joanne holding up? You guys are in my thoughts quite a bit.

Oh dear ((((John))))... I am so sorry you are having so much pain still and going through such a rough time. I was really hoping and praying that you would be healing up and finally be able to experience some positive improvements by now. I can't even imagine how discouraging this must be for you and how disappointing to not be seeing some real steps forward yet.  And dealing with bed sores, oh that must be rotten.
We have all missed you around here so much too!! Please hang in there and keep us updated when you can, ok? How is your dear wife Joanne managing... I hope she is holding up through this difficult time, too.

Hi John,
I think of you often. I hope that you can get some relief. I am still upset about you getting hit in the van by some idiot and then leaving the scene. Did they ever get caught? Did you get your van back in shape? If only you can get back to a more normal state that would be something to celebrate.
I wish you well and keep hoping that things will get back to "a better normal".
