Soooo good.

Ingredients
Cooking spray
1 teaspoon butter
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped hazelnuts
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground cloves
1 cup raisins
Preparation
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil; coat with cooking spray.
Heat butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in honey; cook 2 minutes or until mixture bubbles around edges of pan. Add nuts and next 5 ingredients (nuts through cloves), and cook over medium heat 8 minutes or until nuts are golden, stirring frequently. Stir in raisins. Immediately spread onto prepared baking sheet; cool completely.

8 servings (serving size: 1/4 cup)

Just a heads up that sunflower seeds tend to have a little starch in them (too much for me).

I can't eat sunflower seeds or pecans. But hey, great recipe and THANK YOU for sharing :-). I will just have to adapt it to suit my needs.

Illy,
Sorry for the delayed reply, I don't check in much.

I don't react to sugars. I eat a lot of fruit. Starch is the thing that gets me. Red wine sometimes. (As good an excuse as any to drink Scotch.)

I also mix up the nuts on this to include walnuts, keep the sunflower seeds to a minimum.
