we’re finally done giving lennon his IV meds, as of yesterday afternoon. and the nurse came and removed his pick line completely! we’re so excited about this! now we can have a normal baby with normal baby routines, and we don’t have to disturb him to do these crazy IV meds all the time, and have him pee all over everything because of all the saline being pumped into him! he’s getting little fat rolls now, and is doing just great! can’t wait to give him his first real bath today!

here’s a crazy photo jim took to commemorate all the drugs we had to give our little baby. it’s the inside of the sharps biohazard container (one of several we filled up in the last two weeks).

Hi Deanne,
I'm so glad Lennon is doing well and you can enjoy him in normalcy now. It must be such a relief after the weeks of injections and meds.

Enjoy that baby of yours! Have a good snuggle with him without any IVs or meds getting in the way.

Here's hoping your little one doesn't have to see any medicines for years to come other than the normal baby stuff.

Congratulations on getting him "back to normal."

Deanne,

Im so glad that Lennon is doing better...

I hate seeing that picture but I know it was what he needed.

Hopefully he will be well and chipper and you can start enjoying all the normal mommy things.

Please keep us updated and post lots of pictures, he is just beautiful!

Hugs,

Lisa

How wonderful that little Lennon has improved enough already for you to get rid of all the IVs and medication.

Enjoy this time with him, he will be grown before you know it.

I'm so glad to hear Lennon is off of the meds..

But FYI...Keep an eye out for the peeing....they do it all the time, especially when a cold wipe hits them. Mine was real good at hitting himself in his face and then being mad about it!
