Aleve if needed, rarely.) LDN/zanaflex/flector patches over SI/ice vits C, D. probiotics. hyaluronic acid. CoQ, Mg, Ca, K. chiro walk, bike no dairy (casein sensitivity), limited eggs, limited yeast (bread)

IF he smelled it.... so I started handing baby off or telling the youngster to 'go sit by daddy' when I realized they had done their duty.. It took about 8 months for him to figure out what I was doing! LOL! then he started telling the young one to 'go to mommy'! I missed all of the pregnancy (I'm sorry!) but hope that the birth goes smoothly, and Mama recovers quickly. Matteo.. what a beautiful name!
