Hi just thought I would post another update because of some more significant progress recently. I have now chelated mercury for 20 months, the substance I take also works for other metals like arsenic though. I started eating corn/rice sourdoughs about 6 weeks ago after eating rice and potatoes for roughly 5 months. Each time I introduce something the next day I am loose, this seems to happen with each new food like going on holiday but the next time I eat it I am fine. Well after these sourdoughs I thought I would try rye sourdough which I felt was a big step because of gluten and no problem with that either, tried it a few times now. Will see how things go now but the last thing to try which always caused issues in the past is cow casein.
