If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi, alicia:
Yeast is perfectly legal--provided it tests negative--and I wonder whether our Ozzies have tested vegemite and the other barrel-bottom extract...marmite??
There has been some confusion, because the yeast C. albicans is a terrible thing and overgrowth can actually cause AS in susceptible individuals. Many sources that have suggestions to overcome candidiasis tell us to avoid yeast and all yeast products and even grapes and raisins--due to the fungus. I don't know whether all these measures are necessary, but if I had candidiasis I would follow everything the experts said--this is very difficult to get under control.
Best Regards,
John

Yeah, i've tested vegemite, marmite and also miso... All black colo ured yeast and ferment extracts start off and surprisingly remain black under the influence of Iodine Candida is the aggressive yeast we need to avoid as it can harm the GIT as well as metabolize sugars and alcohol to our great loss... Any other condemnation of yeast or yeast products is an exercise in faith rather than fact. methinks
