Hi Kat,

Sorry to hear about the meltdown on Saturday, but good to hear you made it through the weekend, keep taking it one day at a time. Hopefully you can get the home computer back up.

We are here for you

Tim

Hi Kat

Sorry to hear you are still feeling so lousy, but melt downs are good.

Honest, I always feel better after. A good cry, cleans the soul.

I really wish you had called on Saturday. I told Kathy that I was going to call you on Sunday, but I didnt get a chance. I am so sorry

Please call if you need to. Eric and I spent all day Saturday cleaning. Well, Eric his room, me the rest of the house. We would of welcomed the break!

I will call you this week to check up on you.

Hugs
Lori

Hi there little one....

How I wish I could give you a big hug right now. I know the clouded head feeling all too well. I know we have our own ways of working through things, but I thought I'd share some of my ways with you, to maybe help.

When I'm feeling down and out, I like to spend time doing quiet things. Doing some of your favorite things may help. I like to get a trunk load of stale bread and go to the park and feed the masses of ducks and geese. I spend hours doing this, just getting close to Gods creatures and watching their personalities. I also spend time holding my rabbits and loving my dogs. My horses have amazing healing powers for me. Animals have such a way of making a person feel better.
They just seem to understand.

Candle lit bubble baths and chocolate, accompanied by a good book works well, also.
Everyone has their own favorite things that bring inner peace. Try to do some of your favorites, endulge alittle, and spoil yourself a bit. It couldn't hurt.

Big hugs~

Hey All!

My head cleared yesterday afternoon. In, like, a nanosecond I went from being foggy and depressed to clear and sad. It was quite amazing! I think my body's starting to get used to this drug. I'm reeaally tired today, but still clear headed. Now I can call my psych and talk to her about what happened on Wednesday.

It feels so good to be out of that fog. To have the energy to care. To have the energy to be able to respond to all of you, your posts, your threads, instead of reading and empathizing but not having it in me to respond as I'd like.

I may not be completely out of the woods yet, but the trees are thinning and I think there may be a meadow off in the distance.

I said to my mom last night that I don't know what I would have done without Kerry, Mom and all of you here. I was so scared. I haven't been to a place that dark in, well, a few years. I would not have come through this far without all of you.

Many hugs,

Kat

hmmmm, just the threat of me calling you made you all better eh?

Okay folks........line up......I will start calling each and every one of you, and you will feel better at just the very threat, errr, I mean thought

All kidding aside Kat.....I really am glad that you are feeling better. Keep walking towards the clearing in the trees. You will find the sunshine very soon.

Hugs

Thanks Lore. Really, the threat ... er ... thought of you phoning me really doesn't bother me. Much.

I'll keep on walking, never fear. Getting together with family and friends this weekend, and looking forward to it.

Hugs,

Kat

Glad to hear the fog is lifting a little. Small progress is better than none. Here's to a complete fog lift and sunny days.
