DX: Psoriatic Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Psoriasis
Meds: MTX since Oct 2009, 15mg/week. Cimzia-restarted after 2 yrs away.

SIJ Steroid Injection x3; Bilateral Radiofreq Ablation SIJ x9
