Yeah, what's up with that anyway? I now have belly fat! Harumph. So, I'm eating the pre-diabetes diet. Not so many carbs... devil2

yes, between walking and eating the following, my blood sugar went down from between 105-110 to 95 and my triglycerides went down to normal and my HDLs went up from 30s to 50s. need to get back to:

fish, chicken, eggs, nuts, EVOO, greens, beans, other veggies and when i want something sweet - fruit, and a bite of chocolate every day to keep me happy smile

when i eat just this, even the weight and belly fat slowly drops. i need to get back to this diet. i don't eat too many complex carbs or sweets ever, but even a little is too much for me anymore. and the sugar and carbs put me to sleep too, i can so feel the effects of my blood sugar being even a little off.
