no walking today, stupid SI!

last night, bent over to pick something up off the floor, something very light, and when i went to stand back up, the whole pelvic area seized up. and it was doing so well. wonder if the 1/2 a flector patch isn't enough, will be nice when i can remove the other 1/2 from the rhomboid area and protect the SI better.

but could've been worse, got away with just tightening of the muscles, those protective muscle spasms, not the screaming muscle spasms. today the muscles are just very fatigued, that's what happens when they run their spasm marathon. so even if i can't run a marathon, apparently my muscles do it without me! LOL!
