25g Olives
Snacks
10 Prunes
150g Tofu
Coconut and raisin slices (every day)
Special treat
100g Dark Chocolate
Most nights
1 or 2 beers
Boring I know but effective. I diversified last week and have had a low grade flare for about a week!
