I went on the no starch diet early on. I had known the exact moment I got AS and confirmed it within the year via MRI. I find great success with not having starch. I also have added to this something even more which is proven disease reduction through a minimum of 4.55 / fish oil daily instead of the usual 1-1.5

Unfortunately, I am out of time for writing my post. In the future, I have a pretty comprehensive diet strategy that has worked out flawlessly for the Ankylosing Spondylitis people I know and myself.
