hi donette,

so wondering what exactly hubby does for you? PM me if you'd prefer.

the ribs in the back are like all better for now, but now it seems to have migrated to the front, the clavicle to be exact, right where it attaches at the sternum, now i know where the neck pain is coming from. hadn't been in the car for a few days, so finally settling down, then tonight, driving in, everything starts tightening, and now i realize. wonder if the chiro can fix this as brilliantly as he fixed the back? God is it painful! something is stuck, that's for sure! and we can't ultrasound out front because its all bone and don't want to cook myself!

hubby and i walked 1.5 miles, 30 minutes. same temp (in the 20s) but a bit windier today, brrrr! thank goodness for scarves and hoods!
