oh i'm disciplined in the walking, its the working that i need discipline in. you see, its things like walking that allow me to procrastinate the work. now if i had no work to do, maybe i'd need more motivation to walk, but since its my procrastination activity......well, you see where this is going! if i'm gonna work from home, have to actually get some work done, or so hubby says! i think he may be right. ohwell
