hi all!

yesterday: walked 30 minutes, 1.5 miles.

then many hours of housework, not very aerobic, but at least up on my feet most of that time. but too sore from it so no walk today, more housework instead. its good to have thanksgiving break to really go through the house!

excellent slide show! wow, lots of norwegian swimming pools! smile

and buggy, three hours, wow! can anyone do that without fainting!?!
30-60 minutes is all i can imagine of anything.
and all that food sounds yummy!
we had the usual: turkey, gravy, stuffing (sausage, mushroom, apple, raisin, breading, and herbs, definitely not LSD), roasted brussel sprouts, limas, candied yams, cranberry sauce, applesauce, pumpkin custard, amerettis, - everything home made. i love to cook just don't usually have the time, so enjoy the holidays for a chance to go crazy in the kitchen.

and steve, such dedication to go running in that kind of cold! cheerleader
