Hi TEAM! smile

Today I went for a 3 mile walk on the Olympic Discovery Trail. We started at Railroad Bridge Park in the snow and 34F. It was pretty!

There's a "team" who walks in solidarity for our friend who was paralyzed in a fall on October 2nd, and this is the first time I felt like my ankles/knees/hips could handle it.

Everyone else walked 6 miles, but my husband turned me around 1/2 way just to be safe, and walked me back to the truck. Curiously he thinks I tend to over do... hmmm. confused2

So, after my walk I had to soak a bit and take 1/4 pain pill, but tonight I feel pretty good. I'm not getting my hopes up, but it felt GOOD to be out in the trees and smell the fall leaves again. Sigh...

Go TEAM! clap
