Yes, the main thing is you go at your own pace. We use the resistance bands..and although its been a long time for me i still use the yellow band..the easiest one...because if i try more than that...muscle spasm city! no Stretching and a good warm up and cool down...sounds like you've got yourself a good class! In class they warm us up with stretching and then the class itself and then a good cool down...kind of bringing you back down to "normaL" laugh2
