If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi Cindy,... here are all the links to your physio sheets. You can copy/paste these into any post and the links should become active.

Hope this helps!

Yes. The links work. How about that, from 2006 no less. Knew it was a longish time ago - help. I've gotten older !! <LOL>
I shall print them out - thanks again Manatee (Cindy) - and thanks Mig for archiving.

Magic! The struggle continues, eh. I am glad to hear that they are taking you more seriously. I am sorry to hear about your brother. He is so lucky to have you and your experience on this journey. I still swear by pilates matt work, yoga and weight training, walking, anything to keep myself moving.

I was finally able to retire last October (thanks to my wonderful sweetheart), so it's much easier.

Love and Light to you, my dear.

Read up on this site for more help, especially in the gut healing area. If you and your brother are in pain I would try every avenue available.
