I having been loving the heck out of this Greek Style Salad! My co-worker and I have been eating it almost every day for lunch for the past few weeks. It's so delish!

Greek Salad Recipe:
Chopped Lettuce
Thinly Sliced Red Onions
Sliced Cucumbers
Sliced Bell Peppers
Kalamata Olives
Roasted Garlic Cloves
Sea Salt

Drizzle With:
Balsalmic Vinegar
Olive Oil

Top With:
Almond Hummus

My husband & I also ate this salad last night with some grilled Salmon. It was so perfect together, he claimed one of the best meals ever.

I usually bring a bag of veggies with a batch of hummus to work on Monday, and it will last me the whole entire week.
