i find it fascinating that they now are seeing RA in a similar light to spondy, at least in some cases.

my rheumy uses a lot of the same approaches for both. like boosting the immune system to treat both. or looking to the gut microbiome to both.

and this link between bacterial infection and inflammatory arthritis.

so, if the causes seem to be often similar, why do some get RA and others spondy and yet others something else? that's where my question lies at the moment.
