If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

'D'-3 - named by most as Vitamin Vit-D3 - now looks to have been updated to a hormone, therefore have stuck to D3.
Facinating.
I still have questions, but, the whole question of D3 deficiency makes sense. Just got to find someone to answer my own questions - questions that were not answered in the Q&A session.

Good detail here - http://www.vitamind3cholecalciferol.com/vitamin-d-sources.htmDigging around, first stage skin cancer - actinic keratosis - take D3 and protect when out in sun (which I do and have always done). So, how come actinic keratosis? Face - through open car windows. Lower arms, uncovered in garden, out walking and through open car windows. Ho-Hum. Fell over the answer to my question...

Very interesting - Just had a loaad of D3 cropped in my lap (as 'twere). A lot of information out there, surprised that I had taken no cognisance on it afore now. From the evidence looks like lack of D3 can/does lead to many health problems. I suppose that since this blasted AS and no longer horse riding, no longer running my gun dog, that am a bit house-bound. Certainly gut problems have led to being house-bound! Well, am on the required supplement now so see what my levels are nxt month. http://www.eurekalert.org/pub_releases/2008-10/uoc--vda100908.php Vitamin D a key player in overall health of several body organs, says UC Riverside biochemist Study by Anthony Norman advocates higher intake of the vitamin to help prevent diseases http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articl...all-Health.aspxThis is just a couple of the very many papers sent to me.

HLA-B27A makes one resistant to influenza. The gene variant is not a curse but an adaptation with a possible side effect of AS.
