If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Today's run 17.5 miles in 3 hour 22 minutes. I wanted to run 18, but I was to slow and to tired so when I got home I stopped. I should have run out another 1/2 mile then I would have been forced to keep going to get home:) Yes, you are quite lazy. Lazy indeed. I sincerely hope your doubting Thomas MS doc will be there to see you run a marathon! Go TEAM!

Very hot out - sweating buckets. Good job exercising even in the heat! It was 97F here today - but I noodled for an hour in the am with a herd of family kids, and this afternoon for about 10 minutes. We knocked so much water out of the pool this morning that the condo manager had to add - so this afternoon the water was 5 degrees cooler. Oops.

Very hot out - sweating buckets. It is very hot and humid here also. On my run Saturday I refilled my two water bottles twice. I was downing the water and sweating it back out. Good job on your workout, keep moving.
