hello again after 1 year of being diagnosed, start the starch diet and lose 18 kilos, it helps me a lot, of course sometimes cheats with starches, and presents the outbreaks, thanks kickas, to each of you It has been more bearable, since 4 months ago they have been applying me biological but I do not see results, my back hurts a lot, thanks for being there.

Can someone tell me how it has gone with the biologists?

Hi, I don't know about the biologics. I'm just starting to consider them now. Have you started? Peace, Erica
