I walk, almost every day, about 2-3 miles a day, about 12 miles a week, about 50 miles a month...I know those numbers don't add up, so I guess I walk monday through friday pretty hard core and only maybe .5-1 mile a day on the weekends

Oooooo I love the beginning of autumn weather. The trees are starting to get little patches of yellow. The weather is changing from 95F+ to <85F tomorrow! Just joined planet fitness today so I'll be back to the gym for the first time in a couple of YEARS. Whoop whoop!
