Thanks for posting that article Didier, great to see some researchers looking at such a practical approach to disease.
Hopefully follow up human studies will come soon - interested to know if anyone here has tried Rifaxamin.
Convincing a doctor to allow such a treatment might be made a little easier by taking a copy of this paper along to a consultation - thanks again.

Been reading up on this and asked my rheumatologists what his opinion was for treatment with Rifaximin and he said it would not fix my problem. He did just put me on Enbrel which I'm not enthused about. Should I get a 2nd opinion? I have been on NSD for a week and have felt better but not sure if it's Enbrel or the diet.
