Greetings All

We all know that leaky gut plays a role in AS and if we eliminate leaky gut from the disease process we can break the disease chain of the AS engine. Well Vitamin K2 could do that.

The reason I am saying so is that leaky gut is basicly leasions in the intestines caused by inflammation which lets food particles and bacteria to enter the bloodstream which reacts with the immune system.

I then thought what if we could seal the leasions in the gut and stop leaky gut. vitamin K2 helps with blood clothing and does just that.

See here: http://synergyhw.blogspot.co.za/2016/03/3-important-ways-vitamin-k2-improves.html?m=1

PS I did not want to post this information in the thought of Jinksing myself but this information was too important to keep to myself.

Cheers

Lee

Do we? So who told you that then?

I attended a symposium about A.S. many years ago. The profesor there said that he was convinced that the bowel had a part to play in the anset of A.S. However he never mentioned leaky gut or anything like it.

Lol by gut I mean intestines, A lot of people here believe that the intestines play a role in this disease from the many years Ive been on this site.

I myself proved it to myself on many occasion s when I did an water enema when my pain was unbearable and I was screaming in pain my pain went right down immediately!

Also when I fast my pain goes down that tells me food and the digestive system plays a role,

When I took a probiotic to help it had an adverse effect and I was screaming in pain thats how I know bacteria plays a role together with the 'GUT'

Yes the bowel plays a role since it is basicly made up of food and bacteria but how does that affect us???? It leaks into the blood stream via the intestines and hence leaky GUT

Also one day I had severe diarrhoea and my Gut was empty no food at all. My pain went right down to 2 and my neck started to loosen up... The Gut ie intestines and bacteria definitely play a role in this disease I can put my neck on the block thats how much I believe in it

Yes, I notice a reduction in sacrum pain and other body pains not too long after "evacuating." Stay regular!

In another thread I mentioned how I had gut and back pain suddenly grow together VERY FAST. I quickly drank some water to alleviate the gut pain and the back pain stopped at the same time.

It could have been some kind of refereed pain, but even so, the spinal cord and gut influence each other. Paradoxically a spinal issue can cause gut dysfunction which in turn can make the spinal issue worse.
