Hi, I wonder if anyone with both conditions noticed any connection between reactivation of herpes and an AS breakout. So far my research suggests that chronic infections like herpes might play a role in autoimmune diseases and I am curious if antiviral medication might actually resolve an AS flareup.

I had herpes a few years ago but never noticed any difference in my A.S.
