I'm wondering what everyone thinks about this, and if anyone has tried any of these things.

TL;DR:

To kill klebsiella:
ceylon cinnamon oil
allicin (from garlic)
olive leaf extract
black cumin oil

reduce inflammation:
curcumin
boswellia
omega3
cbd oil

supporting the microbiome:
colostrum
galacto-oligosaccharide (prebiotic powder)
Arabinogalactan (prebiotic powder)
sauerkraut/kimchi

Shouldn't this go under "NSD and diet related" forum? You would get a lot of insight there with many members knowledgeable in all those things you list and more.

As I understand it the way to kill klebsiella is to starve it by not eating even trace amounts of starch.

For me, I've tried NSD and it helped a bit at first, but then all my symptoms crept back and I found it to be very hard to sustain anyway. I've tried some of the things you list like probiotics and unpasteurized sauerkraut but they tended to make me feel dizzy and go to the bathroom a lot.

It looks good to me.

If you were to select the three most critical components what would they be?

I have been looking into colostrum: it has antimicrobial and growth factors I am interested in.

Vague AS symptoms in 20s and early 30s (no diagnosis).
During age 47 (2015) from NSAID use developed complete axial inflammation (started from from skull and progressed down to sacrum). Included psoriasis. Trigger in scull was reverse blockage in a SCUBA mishap in 2013. Straw that broke the camels back was over use of NSAIDs. NSD works well but not perfect. Strong involvement between symptoms and gut integrity.
