If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

Hi All
After watching paddison program videos on youtube and from my own experiences made me realize that the problem with people with A.S and other Auto-immune conditions is that we have a gut and body that is too acidic which creates an environment for a paticular bad bacteria to florish.
Thats why doctors prescible salazopyrin which is an antibiotic.
We do have a bacterial infection.
If we eat the way as described in the paddison program ie aviod acidic foods etc (see above)
We can slowly change the gut microbiome and eliminate the bad bacteria
If we only new for sure which bacteria is causing the problem. We could also use Antibiotics as a last resort. BUT we need the correct dose to completely eliminate the bacteria causing the immune reaction.
Cheers

I managed to get my gut into good shape a few years ago, but in the last year I started eating bread and sugary things too often and I'm fully flared up now again. My salazopyrin doesnt seem to be working anymore now either. This diet could be worth a shot. I'm HLAB27 negative, so i probably have PSA instead of AS, but the same diets seem to work.
Back on Salazopyrin after taking a break for 2 years. Might try going dairy free. Sugar & bread are the main killers for me!
