If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.

In the gym I did 5km jogging in less than 35mins and 20km on the bike in just over 35mins. Better than the last day. Maybe I went too hard on the bike Good job!

I don't really like running in the dark, balance issues. I was going to carry a small flash light, but I didn't want to be holding it once it got light. Finally I got up at 4:50am, and hit the road at 5:05am. Curious... it wasn't light in Colorado at 5:05am - maybe a headlamp next time? It get light about 6:00am so I was still running in the dark for almost an hour. It was not to bad the moon was bright. I was thinking of getting a hat that has a light on the brim, but you just reminded me that I already have a headlamp.

Man I tell you what there is a little lady at the gym and she blows my mind. She works out on the elipitical every day. She is not a little gal either but she does at least an hour a day. She is texting on the phone with her kids and husband and she always outpaces me, she is tough. I think moms are the toughest people around. When I feel like I am going to skip a day I just remember the mom that can outdo me and away I go. I have dropped ten pounds though. ETTE. Darrel.

I am walking 30 minutes a day, going further in the amount of time. Struggle for breath, very tight back, a bit dizzy, but I do feel stronger..
Darrel, Yep, my youngest daughter had her husband crouching in fear when he let their youngest boy walk off! Lifting my grandchild helps too!
I keep the New Covenant, when I fail....I am pulled back into place by HIM.
