Hi Guys

I have been on the NSD for 4 months now, and have improved about 50%. Once every few weeks i have a flare, so far i have been able to cope with natural anti inflammatories like tumeric, magnesium, fish oil etc. If i do need something extra to take the edge off once in a while, is there any medication that is better than the rest? Eg. Panadol, nurofen, voltaren gel etc.

Also has anyone tried olive leaf extract insteaf of EVOO, from my understanding most of the anti inflammatory properties are in the leaf?

Cheers guys, much appreciated 😀

When interviewing functional medicine doctors for my son. One Doctor recommended combining resveratrol and curcumin. I found this article to support using the two together. http://drflannery.com/combined-resveratrol-and-curcumin-for-autoimmune-and-inflammatory-disorders-2/

I haven't tried it on him but would if he were an adult. I plan to ask our functional medicine doctor about it when we meet for the fist time.
