Many people here take magnesium supplement. Can you indicate the brand, dosage and before or after meal to be taken.

Mg Chelate, 125 mg caps, 3 x a day, Natural Factors

Recommended daily dose by the USDA is 400 mg. I think that is "elemental."

It should be noted that of the 125 mg in a Mg chelate capsule that Mg is likely a small minority of the 125 mg; the rest is whatever the Mg is chelated to.

Given that the immune systems of our bodies are so busy then we probably are chronically depleted of many nutrients.

Thank you. I have no support of any naturopath here. Hence, I am checking for magnesium supplements details thro internet. Hope I will soon converge to some.
