Might be so Frederick, but, is also known that swimming pools harbour bacteria like you really would not like to know about, but should know about ! Faecal. Urine. Verrucas. Glue ear. Chlorine exacerbated lung problems (great for AS...!) Eye infections. Skin infections.

Horrible -

After I swim- I feel like I am in a slow car wreck for days. But I need to see if my body could adjust to swimming.

I was forced to shovel wet snow the last few days.
I need to keep walking!
Go team go!

Doing Elliptical three times a week, and lifting weights three times a week. I missed a few days while we were visiting Las Vegas. I did do a lot of walking in Las Vegas. We went to see Penn & Tellar, The Mentalist, and Recycled Percussion. We did the Richard Petty Ride Along at the race track ( 3 laps getting up to 160 miles an hour ), Rio Voodoo zip line, and the High Roller.

I had the unique privilege of 145 mph in a a 1965 Dodge. We were on highway #71 headed North to Rembramdt, Iowa! It created the desire for speed the rest of my life!

Thanks for your posts! They encourage me.

Hello Everyone!!!

I've been such a posting slacker! wink

The weather has been just perfect for weeks, and since I'm going to be trapped inside for the summer I've been out gardening and marching and walking like crazy.

Still swimming e/o day also. I think my thyroid is wonky, as I've gained about 10 lbs with no diet change.

Weird, right?

Anyway, goooooooooo TEAM! clap
