I see Wheatgrass mentioned here multiple times - I assume it is non starchy? Is it OK to use daily? I love wheatgrass, it helps me stay regular and has tons of other benefits.
How about the other grasses? Like oat grass, barley grass, alfalfa grass etc? Are those OK? I used to use Amazing Grass supplement but it has FOS in them so I stopped but loved the energy it gave me.
