Walked 2.5 miles in 45 mins. Took me slightly longer than normal because, for half of it, I was pushing a double wide children's stroller (the chariot kind that can also be towed behind a bike) delivering two of my grandchildren home to their parents. Then I walked back without it. The half when I was pushing the stroller was the uphill half!!

I'm pretty sure this is a double credit activity... or maybe triple since there were two children in the stroller?  Good job!

Thanks Molly and Erica. I'd already spent the whole morning running around after the two of them (aged 4 and 2). I got home from the 'walk' and fell asleep in my recliner! Here are the girls:

Those little girls are absolutely gorgeous, wendy.
One day I will post pictures, one day.... I have them on the computer I just can´t work out how to get them on here.
Today I got back to the gym. 20km in 31mins 30 secs. on the bike and 3.8km jogging in 30mins. I felt unfit during the jogging. The remedy I believe is more jogging.
A piece of irrelevant information: The word in Spanish for jogging is ´footing´. It has always struck me as bizarre, they take the word from another language and get it completely wrong.
Of course I presume the English language is no better, I just can´t think of an example off hand.

Here's one more of them holding the hands of their cousin who is six. There are two more posted in the Kicking Back forum.  Easy to post, Fergus. First save a copy of the photo in an online photo album such as Photobucket. If you point to a photo in Photobucket, it displays the various codes needed to link the photo online. When I click on the field next to IMG Code, it saves that code for me, which I then paste into the KA post.
